Competition Policy & Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• Open to legal residents of Jamaica aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of National Baking Company, its affiliates, advertising partners, and immediate  family members are not eligible to enter.
• Entrants must have a public social media profile for submission visibility.

How to Enter:

To participate in the Krunchaz Gift Box Giveaway:

1. Follow @nationalbakery on Instagram or Facebook.
2. Post a photo or short video showing how you enjoy Krunchaz Wheat Crackers.
3. Use the hashtag #KrunchItGiveaway in your caption.
4. Tag @nationalbakery in your post.

Participants may enter once per competition duration (June 5-June 30, 2025). Multiple entries from the same account in one week will not increase chances of winning.

Giveaway Period and Winner Selection:

• The giveaway runs from June 5, 2025 to June 30, 2025.
• Winners will be selected and announced every Monday, starting June 10, for a total of 4 weekly rounds.
• Each week, 3 winners will be chosen based on creativity, quality, and brand relevance of the entry.
• Winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.

Prize Details:

Each winner will receive a Krunchaz Gift Box containing:

• 3 Krunchaz Wheat Crackers
• 1 National branded Mug
• 3 Mountain Peak Coffee Sachets
• 1 Kendel Guava Jam
• 1 Tastee Tin Cheese (250g)
• 1 Rainforest Sardine
• 1 Challand Non-Alcoholic Wine

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Rights & Usage:

By entering, participants grant National Baking Company the right to:

• Repost, share, or use submitted content on its owned channels (social, web, print, etc.)
• Credit the user wherever applicable
• Store content for future promotional reference related to Krunchaz or affiliated campaigns
• We are required to capture a photo of you collecting the item for social media use only

Disqualification:

Entries may be disqualified if:

• The content is deemed offensive, harmful, misleading, or inappropriate
• The post does not visibly feature Krunchaz or follow instructions
• The account is private or unverifiable at the time of selection
• Automated, spam, or bot submissions are detected
• Competition-Only Accounts – entries from accounts created primarily or exclusively for participating in giveaways and contests will be disqualified at the discretion of the National Baking Company team or agency representative. These include pages with no original content, limited engagement history, or accounts that appear inactive outside of promotional activity
• If you have won a prize National Baking Company within the last 6 months preceding the campaign timeline.
