Nat Cream Crackers (225g / 112g)

National Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

  • 10–12 ounces National Crackers (Variety)
  • 8 ounces cured meats (salami, prosciutto, pepperoni)
  • 8 ounces hard cheese (parmesan, manchego, gruyere)
  • 8 ounces soft cheese (brie, goat cheese, Boursin)
  • ½ cup fig jam – strawberry jam, apricot jam, or honey
  • ½ cup mixed nuts
  • 1 cup fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
  • 2 bunches of grapes – green and purple grapes

Method

  1. Choose & Arrange: Choose your board and placement first (it’s heavy once filled!). Place larger items like bowls, ramekins, or large cheeses first.
  2. Fill the Bowls: Add nuts, jams, olives, or spreads to the bowls.
  3. Add Cheeses & Meats: Add sliced cheeses and meats. Tip: Make a “meat river” to fan out the meats for a fancier look. Cut cheeses into different shapes.
  4. Build Around: Arrange the meats and cheeses, then add the National crackers around the edges so they are easy to grab.
  5. Finishing Touches: Fill any gaps with fresh fruits (grapes, berries) and dried fruits. Add fresh herbs or edible flowers for a pop of holiday colour.
