● 2 slices National Bread (toasted or un-toasted)
● 1/4 or less teaspoon salt
● 1 small tin/canned Tuna (minced)
● 1 or 2 leaves Lettuce
● 2 slices Tomatoes
● 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise (optional)
● 1 tablespoon Ketchup
● 1/2 whole Onion (diced fine) – optional
How to do it
1. Remove tuna from the can, then put it in a dish.
2. Finely chop the onion.
3. Spread mayonnaise, and ketchup on each side of bread lightly.
4. Spread one or two tablespoons of tuna mixture.
5. Put on the slice tomatoes and lettuce.
6. Lay the other slice of bread on top.
7. Now cut across from point to point to shape a triangle.
